Lipan is a small country community located 55 miles west of Fort Worth.
Ranches make up a large part of our countryside, with many new homes springing up around the area.
The new Cross S Arena is located just north of town and will be place for Cowboys and Cowgirls to ride.
We have a school ( K-12 ), three churches, one bank, grocery/deli store, hardware/feed store, bakery, gas/convenience store, pizza/cafe', furniture/gift shop.
The Lipan area is a community of neighbors that are there for each other. Time and time again the community has pulled together to get help where it is needed.
We're located 5 miles east off HWY 281 and FM4 the cross roads of Stephenville, Mineral Wells, Weatherford, and Granbury, on FM4, which makes for a great area for car or bike clubs to cruise through or stop for gas and a bite to eat.
Just remember not to blink when you pass through our town or you might miss us. Remember to obey the speed limit when you're passing though for your safety and ours.
